i'm 33.33% done with dress #3 or the 'baku dress'.

i'll explain a bit later why the dress is named after

some japanese boogeyman.

after this dress, i'll begin with my GRADUATION COLLECTION.

(to my HS classmates and batchmates: ha! akala niyo

kayo lang gragraduate this year!)

the collection is entitled: wolf in sheep('s) clothing.

i'll post sketches later on na din. i'm very iffy about

intellectual property (hence, i only posted one of my sketches

ever. publicly, that is).

a little something about my collection: (though not helpful

at all)

the collection is inspired by aesop's fable of the same name.

(period, can't think of anything else to say)

the collection is sticking to what i do best: distortion/ exaggeration

of shape and form; experimental patterns and drapes; sculptures and, of

course, androgyny.

the weather’s perfect, i finally thought of something worthwhile to do,

and valentine’s is over! haha. (yes, i’m a bitter bitch)

yesterday was just dragging. thank goodness for youtube and telenovelas and

sharon cuneta songs.

i watched snippets of the one with red butterfly and whose characters have

russian names; then i sang with sharon. haha. nakakatiwang talaga ang walang

magawa!

since i’ve been obsessing vocally about really high heels.

i’ll let you in on how it all started.

these shoes (especially the two at the top) and the spider web leggings have been my obsessions since they were released last year.

they’re special edition christian louboutin spiked heels made for the rodarte show last fall/winter 08 (feb of last year, fashions shows are staged six months in advance of a particular season for those not in the know).

they’re so exclusive, they’re supposed to not be on sale (but mrs. beckham is above the law, she was spotted in a rose gold pair).

if ever they were on sale, i don’t even want to know the price tag. 1000-2000++USD perhaps?

anyway, i think i found more of those drool worthy orgasm replacing obsession inducing shoes. just today, i saw these….

these are by givenchy. made for their spring/ summer 09 couture show just last week (couture unlike pret-a-porter[ready to wear for you non-fashion people {god, how i love to be condescending}] happens just before a particular season starts- more about the fashion education on another post).

now, which god wants to buy my soul?

today is one of those tamara days.

i just want to lie down and soak up

the sun. add in the gentle breeze. despite

the apparent humidity.

i miss last week. the weather was cool then.

i just hate regular manila weather with a passion.

can't wait to relocate my ass to london or stockholm

or probably reykjavik.

anyway, i'm not accomplishing anything. and i'm running

out of time.... especially with my LOA.
